The room design included a very beautiful bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel lobby had a very nice design.
The room door needed a strong slam to close securely. This created noise in the corridor.

The staff greeted me with such warmth! they remembered my name during my whole stay. the complimentary minibar was restocked daily. It had a great selection. i was impressed with the balmain cosmetics provided in the bathroom. They added a touch of luxury.
The tv had limited entertainment channels. More variety would be great.

breakfast offered a really wide choice of foods, and i liked the local flavors. the executive chef spoke with guests during the evening dinner, which was a lovely touch. every meal was served by kind staff.

the breakfast was good, with a decent selection available.
The room door do not closed easily. It required excessive force. this, along with the bed been too soft, meant quality rest was not achieved. the breakfast situation was also unacceptable. A 45 minutes queue in a small area does not feel very five-star.

the room was very clean. the location of the hotel is excellent, i could easily walk around (the petronas towers are very close!). the service i received was warm and friendly.
the door to my room was difficult to close properly. it required extra force to ensure it latched. the bed was too soft for my liking. the noise from the hallway was quite noticeable. i could hear doors slamming at times.
