beautiful bathroom comfortable bed nice design
The room design included a very beautiful bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel lobby had a very nice design.
The room door needed a strong slam to close securely. This created noise in the corridor.

the interior design displayed extensive attention to detail, resulting in a beautiful atmosphere. the pool area offered a lovely space for relaxation. i appreciated the prompt and attentive service provided by the staff throughout my stay. breakfast selection offered many choices.
I found the corridor noise somewhat noticeable at times. The door wasn't soundproof.

The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of options. I saw fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. the restaurant seating area is spacious and well-lit. a skilled chef prepares fresh omelets.

the room features a king-sized bed with premium linens. there is a work desk with multiple power outlets, so it's very practical. the bathroom includes both a bathtub and a separate shower. amenities added to comfort.

The hotel is located a short walk from major shopping malls! and is near public transport. several restaurants are within walking distance. I appreciated the choice. access to attractions is straightforward.

really good experience at this great hotel!
warmth greeting complimentary minibar luxury cosmetics
The staff greeted me with such warmth! they remembered my name during my whole stay. the complimentary minibar was restocked daily. It had a great selection. i was impressed with the balmain cosmetics provided in the bathroom. They added a touch of luxury.
The tv had limited entertainment channels. More variety would be great.

breakfast offered a really wide choice of foods, and i liked the local flavors. the executive chef spoke with guests during the evening dinner, a lovely touch. every meal was served by kind staff.

The entire facility was clean, and everything looked well kept. the hotel's design is excellent. It makes the stay enjoyable. the location is good. It is near to shopping malls, a bonus for shopping lovers.

room door breakfast queue
The room door do not closed easily. It required excessive force. this, along with the bed been too soft, meant quality rest was not achieved. the breakfast situation was also unacceptable. A 45 minutes queue in a small area does not feel very five-star.

clean room excellent location warm service difficult door soft bed hallway noise
the room was very clean. the location of the hotel is excellent, i could easily walk around (the petronas towers are very close!). the service i received was warm and friendly.
the door to my room was difficult to close properly. it required extra force to ensure it latched. the bed was too soft for my liking. the noise from the hallway was quite noticeable. i could hear doors slamming at times.
